William Hill Poker is one of the popular online poker rooms that have done well targeting players from the UK. They also have a large player base throughout the rest of the world, but they don’t allow players from the United States to play in the poker room. Just recently William Hill moved to the iPoker Network which has proved to be an excellent decision for the growth of the poker room. The iPoker Network has been growing at a huge rate and now that William Hill uses the network there also gaining a lot of new players. The software runs very quick and because they don’t have massive amounts of traffic yet there is never any lag to deal with. PlayTech is a well known brand in the online gaming industry and provide state or the art software. I feel that the PlayTech software is much better then the Cryptologic software which was previously used by William Hill.

The William Hill Poker room offers a variety of different poker games so that players don’t need to always play only one game. I’ve been very pleased with the stakes offered as they fit into most people’s bankroll, high limit players won’t find the largest stakes in the room though. The stakes range from $.25/$.50 and go up to $100/$200 and the games can be played in fixed limit, pot limit and no limit. The poker games you can play at William Hill Poker are Texas Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, Seven Card Stud and Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo. They don’t offer any mixed games yet, but I’m sure that once they have more traffic they will offer more game variety. William Hill has daily tournaments that start as small as heads-up tournaments and go up to very large multi-table tournaments.

The William Hill Poker room has been growing since it started, but since moving to the iPoker Network they have already seen a nice influx in the amount of new players signing up everyday. During peak hours in the poker room William Hill usually has about 2000/2500 real money players. Since they just recently moved to iPoker I expect players to keep signing up for awhile and the poker room should become very busy.

William Hill has player support 24/7 through email and telephone and you can find all of the contact details on there website. Even though there still a fairly small room they already have phone support in the poker room so players can always reach an employee of the poker room which I like in case of any problems that emerge.
